"Strengths and Solutions in Schools"
Our popular 2-day training course is designed for student welfare and School Executive staff. It offers an opportunity to work with professionals from a range of schools in exploring the role that a focus on strengths and resilience can play in student welfare and provides PRACTICAL Solution-focused tools for having more productive conversations with students, parents and colleagues ... conversations that promote CHANGE.

We can offer in-service training for the whole staff of a school, the school Executive, the student welfare committee ... any group of teachers who would benefit from exploring some alternate approaches to welfare and discipline.
Training for school counsellors
We have a great deal of experience providing training for school counsellors. We can offer Solution-focused Brief Therapy training tailored for the school counselling conext, as well as more specialied training.
Consultation
We are able to provide one-off or ongoing consultation to school or other educational organisations that wish to develop programs, policies or tools that embrace a focus on resilience and strengths.
